Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

District Tournament

Teams that withdraw from a LYHA Tournament will be refunded their entry fee (less credit card processing fees) provided a team representative notifies the LYHA Tournament Coordinator by email at lyha.tournaments@gmail.com more than 45 days in advance of the start of the tournament. For cancellations less than 45 days, a refund will only be given if a replacement team can be found. If the spot is filled at a discounted rate, the refund will be equal to that amount. No refund will be given if a free registration is required to secure a replacement team.

Iced Apple Tournament
