Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Iced Apple Tournament
La Crescent Youth Hockey Tournament Cancellation Policy: Teams that withdraw from a LYHA Tournament will be refunded their entry fee (less credit card processing fees) provided a team representative notifies the LYHA Tournament Coordinator by email at lyha.tournaments@gmail.com more than 45 days in advance of the start of the tournament. For cancellations less than 45 days, a refund will only be given if a replacement team can be found. If the spot is filled at a discounted rate, the refund will be equal to that amount. No refund will be given if a free registration is required to secure a replacement team.
